The Member Title system has been adjusted. Everyone is now "Member" by default. After you have posted once, you can now create your own Member Title by editing your profile. (It's right at the top).
The Member Title appears immediately below your username when you post. It used to have a number of dots depending on your post count. Those dots (pips) have been turned off as well.
The team is working on changes to the Reputation titles, which will be updated in the next few weeks.
