Elliot is living the good life, even though he hates his job. Then he meets Max, who helps him answer some tough questions he didn't have the courage to face.

Elliot has a difficult time finding the balance between his personal and professional life, and his associate is not making things easier. Will they find the balance necessary to save their relationship?
