Heat Wave Cat GIF

 

I’m melting. What do you do when it’s hot? Hug the AC? Work surrounded by fans? Jump into the lake/sea/pool?
Well, there are treats: less clothes, skimpy shorts, no shirts - did I say less clothes? Okay, to the prompts.

You take a quick shower. Helps you cool off. Wear a spaghetti strap shirt and shorts that are a soft material, or at the very least not heat-conducing or trapping. Sit in front of fan.

Both of these had me reminiscing while waiting to fall asleep last night. The first prompt was fun, but my mind wandered to the second and I started thinking about this lake we used to swim in when I was a kid. It was a huge part of my childhood, but I hadn't thought about it in years. I think I fell asleep with a smile on my face. Thanks. 🥰
