Polly Anna started a movement called HerbAlists. They only listen to music by Herb Alpert.

In ancient times, many of the most learned scholars were also herbalists. The use of herbs and spices in foods was not only for flavor, but to prevent food borne pathogens.

I started growing Basil after discovering how much better fresh herbs were than dried. That doesn't make me a herbalist, just someone whose marinara is a cut above.
