That sounds really good but I have to wonder what you do with the drunken bunny eating mushrooms.

Every state school in France has a similar menu. In the early years lunch is treated like a class - teachers discuss the menu with the kids and get them tasting things and talking about where it all comes from and how it's cooked.

I go to an expat french school. I'm ashamed to say it's private and heavily subsidised by the French state: they don't trust our education system!
