It's been too long!

Well, it's been a couple of weeks since my last entry, it's due to the fact that I'm still on crappy dial up and its just such a hassle having to sign on and all that jazz.

Anyhoo, it's late, about 3am, and I actually am really tired, but I have a stupid cough and that was keeping me awake and while I was in bed I figured it was keeping seb awake too so I decided to get up and take some more medicine and see if I could get so tired that even my cough would quit for a while.

Hmm, cough still here so I'll carry on with this. Soooo, I don't even know what to blog about...well, seb and I are having a differing of opinions...his brother's a big ho, and I'm sick of him being so irresponsible but seb's much too nice to him to just tell him outright how stupid he's being, but I am not, which is why I'm 'banned' from calling him. Well, I won't calling but I am going to go around to his place tomorrow, cleaning products in hand to yell at talk to him.

I've been in classes now for two weeks and it's realllllly awesome. I feel really lucky to be enjoying my course, esp seeing how bad last year was.

I've really not been doing anything of interest, other than a little...'personal' shopping, hehe 0:)

Anyway, I'll try and blog a little more often now since we'll have broadband hopefully by early next week :D Maybe that way I'll remember the interesting things I do, because surely my life can't be *that* dull

Take care and have fun!

I know what you mean about crappy dial up. I had to move from an area where DSL was available to an area where it is not so I've been going through bandwidth withdrawal. It's an ugly affliction in which you crave streaming audio and video but getting it is hopeless. :(

In other matters- about Seb's brother. You can pick your friends and you can pick your mate but you can't pick your in-laws. The best plan is to try not to cause any hard feelings as you'll have to live with the repercussions for a long time.

I loved my Jeff dearly but I detested his alcoholic witch of a mother. As sweet as Jeff was, she was just that much his opposite. I could have tried to be nicer but at the time, it didn't seem worth the effort. Over time it caused trouble between us.

Now- if matters rate an intervention, that too can be done but it has to be handled carefully. There are ways of doing it that show that your motive is concern but that's another discussion.

Well, I went to my 'brother-in-law's' place yesterday while seb was out and it actually wentreally well. We talked, well, I talked while he listened, and I cleaned up a bit for him and made him dinner. He actually seemed to listen to what I was saying, and it seems he didn't realise that seb and I were worried about him, and that his actions affect other people too...I guess only time will tell if he actually changes any of his behaviour, but yesterday went well. Oh, and Seb wasn't too mad at me for going :D Ack, mt battery's going to die. Will reply more later :)
