Looking for a project leader

To the Gay Authors Community:

I'm currently working with several members here to develop a long-term solution to the feedback issue we writers face.

 

As part of this longer term solution, I would like to run some experiments on the short term.

 

I'm looking for someone that has some serious time and devotion to help develop some stuff for the entire community. If the short term stuff works, then we can fully integrate it into our long-term solution.

 

I know I'm being a bit vague here, but that's on purpose.

 

I need someone who:

1) Has time to coordinate what may turn out to be a fairly large project

2) Has enough leadership to being take ideas and turn them into reality.

3) Can work with our some development team to help with the long-term development

Remember, this project (or series of projects) is aimed at improving feedback for writers over the long term.
