I had breaded pork cutlets with creamed spinach and potatoes. Some cutlets scalloped with ham, Sauce Hollondaise, asparagus tops and cheese (Gouda), of course. A German speciality, made by myself?

 

Great chapter, Dan. The story get's moving. I'm really on the edge of my seat here, wanting to know what happens next.
