Dio Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Its also up on nifty...god knows more people need to read it. He pretty much goes over what most "how to write" books like to normally cover, with the exception of writing specifically for gay writers writing erotica. I think its a fantastic resource...definitely a must read if you're just starting to write...or even a vet! I'm sure there's something in there for everyone. hehe my personal favorite line: And when your lead characters meet for the first time, go for the unexpected. If I read one more gay teen romance where the two characters collide in the hallway, I swear, I'll shoot my computer monitor (and then maybe myself)! shoot me too

It might even start trying to hump your leg without first initiating meaningful dialogue!!!!!! gah!!!!111 No, I demand that all vets read pecman's guide.
Site Administrator Graeme Posted August 7, 2007 Site Administrator Posted August 7, 2007 I thought it was time this thread was brought back up, since there has been a recent discussion on Nick Archer's article. The link above is broken. The correct link is: "Gay Writing Tips" by The Pecman
