Square Peg in a Game of Dominos

I wrote “Square Peg in a Game of Domino’s” after meeting a transgender friend. His struggles and accomplishments are amazing and there aren’t very many stories out there for him to connect to. He’s one of the most wonderful person I’ve ever met and I really wanted to do a good job with this story for him.

 

Transgender men and women sometimes feel like they don’t fit in anywhere and I wanted this story to make a difference. Please check it out and let me know your thoughts. Our friendship has opened up and already open mind even further and I hope it does the same for you.

Had some writer's block so I went clicking around through GA and found this really amazing story. There are times when I read something here and wish I could somehow inject it into the "mainstream" so that the general public could take something away from it . . . and this is definitely one of those stories.
