Miles Long has been reading and reviewing/commenting on all the chapters lately, as some of you folks might already be aware of. Reading her posts makes me want to go and read the story again. I'm glad to see the posts and it's made me comment, although not as prolifically, on another older story that I don't expect replies from the author on. I commented anyway because I know from experience that I often gain insight into a story/chapter from those that have made posts before me. I happen to think it is important that we remember that our comments and reviews are not just for the author, although that may be our initial intent, but for the edification of the greater readership as well. I reread this story about once a year on average. It's the first thing I ever read on GA, and it's still one of the best things I've ever read on GA. 'Nuf said.
