Overall, I like the new doctor. I think Jodie is doing a good job, but this episode is making me wonder if we have another STDisco on deck.

I think the show is recovering from a poor season last year and overall is heading in the right direction.

I used to watch the original show as a kid in the 70s and into the 80s and back then it used its stories to inform viewers about history, pose questions, and make observations. So it's not a new thing, I think its just much more obvious now.
