Years ago one of my cousins got banged up in a farm accident when a tractor turned over.
My cousin was a big, dumb farm boy who probably hurt the tractor more than it hurt him. They took him to the hospital to check him out. 

The doctor returned from his exam and told auntie that cousin looked OK but he wanted to run some tests.

Auntie broke into tears and the doctor was stunned.

He's OK. It just a preventive test.

Auntie said, "He's dumb as a rock and never studies. He's doomed."
