Am I able to post a collection of short stories?

A quick question for the people here:

Am I able to post a collection of shorter one-shots (short stories contained in one chapter) as one "book" with each shorter story being a separate "chapter" or would each short story need to be kept separate?

Yes. Just make sure to write the description to make it clear that the story is a collection of short stories.
