    Chapter 1

Gotta have a bit of drama or Ken would get bored.
  3. chris191070

    Chapter 1

    Only time will tell.
  4. The world just won't leave them in peace.
  5. Kitt

    Assault Team

Hey guys? The "ghosts" were themselves summoned. Someone, presumably human, did the summoning. The $92 question is why? What benefits does the summoning bring? What do they get out of it? Other than a glow in the dark minion?

Next chapter will be posted on Sunday.
  7. Flip-Flop

    Chapter 1

Wow, time flies by quickly in Kenneth Hall's Mysteries. Joe and Ken are now married with two college student sons. 😄❣️ Happy to see this family has developed, but they can't escape from the drama that @chris191070 always throws Ken's way. Excellent, and an intriguing start to this newest story.

    Exposed

Wow even more questions then answers now.I though this MIB was an ET of some kind ( might still be)but he apparently is mortal if M was able to kill him with a baseball bat. Needless to say the "Agent" dying is going to bring even more attention from whoever the agent was working for
  9. BoyLove

    Chapter 1

Great start to a new story! Hope we don't have to wait to long for the next chapter! Anxiously waiting!

    Exposed

It was a pile of action and consequences for a single chapter. From the disastrous dinner night to the killing of Agent #224, Connor's life has been upended in the only way it can, by irresistible force. Now they face an uncertain future, but they are facing it together.
  11. Bill W: "I've been sitting here in shock and unable to express the great loss that I feel." Bill, I feel the same way. My first thought was NO WAY. He can't be gone! Just a real sense of loss and sadness.
  12. Thanks, and a good reminder. Fire has got to be one of, if not the worst, ways to die.

  14. I discovered Comicality's writing in 2005, at a time I was coming to terms with my own sexuality. By then, I'd been married to a woman for 20 years and although I'd known for at least that long that I was bisexual, I was finally coming to terms with what that meant. A fictionalized account on my coming out to my wife can be found here. That was a dark time in my life. I'd just moved to a new city while my wife stayed behind to sell our house. It was then that I discovered online gay fiction, which has served as an essential outlet for the gay side of my sexuality ever since. Not only did I enjoy reading gay fiction, but I found I loved writing gay fiction. As with a lot of people in the early days of the online gay story community, my earliest experiences were with the Nifty Archive and I gravitated to gay teen fiction, perhaps as a vicarious way of reliving the youth I never had. I met a number of authors online through personal correspondence by email. Although I didn't know Comsie well, his fiction was an inspiration to me and my occasional contact with him gave me the inspiration I needed to come up with new ideas for stories. Not to criticize, but if there was one thing I leaned from his writing, it was the need to decide how and when to end a story before I ever put my fingers on the keyboard. God love him but if Comicality had one serious fault, it was in not being able to end his stories. He wrote endless soap operas that never ceased to entertain. The boys in those stories shall forever remain in their teens. Just as his stories went on forever, I always assumed Comicality would be around forever. We also lost Mike Wengert, the founder of AwesomeDude, this past year, but Mike was 80. Comicality was only 48. That's an obscenely young age at which to die. Sadly, a number of the most talented musicians, writers and artists in history also died young, so Comicality's in good company. There will always be a part of Comsie in me and in the stories I write. He's forever a part of my muse, and of course, his stories will live on forever.
  15. I discovered Comsie's Shak Out Back and read all of his postings on his home site. @Comicality was my first experience with a gay contemporary author and his stories are how I learned about GayAuthors.org and the treasure trove of exceptional writers that post here. Accolades to all of them but they were all just imitations of Comsie's great library that first led me here. He saved me from a closeted life in solitude and for my escape from that fate I will be forever indebted to him. He made it OK to come out in public after a life spent in the shadows. I thank you, Comsie for my awakening and rebirth into the whole gay community. He will be sorely missed!
  16. @chris191070 What would a story be if it didn't have drama … 😉
  17. Hey Terry! I've just finished 2 weeks of internship in the best class ever! The students were so nice and adorable! I've learnt so much during those 2 weeks! It was a mix level class with 3 pupils in year 3 and 14 in year 4 so around 8 to 10 years old. The teacher was young and eager to share with us. I was in charge of the class by the first Tuesday for the whole morning and again this Thursday and today from 8.20 am to 12 am. Today the kids made me a sign they all signed and wrote a little note saying thank you and good luck (and yes my eyes were wet). On the college front, the upcoming 2 weeks which are spring break will be packed with work (physics, sciences, mathematics and PE). I also have to finish my research mémoire in 2 days (I haven't worked on it for weeks even months 🙈 so little sleep in my future...). Classes will end end of May for me. During spring break I'm forcing myself to take at least 4 days off the second week to rest and going to a free concert with a couple of friends as I've studied during every passed holidays and I feel it past time I hit pause even for a little while if I don't want to end up burn out. How are you and Aod?
  18. Thanks. An antagonist needs to be bad, even a minor one. Otherwise, what’s the point? 🤪
  19. Fonith is being medically treated after her torture at a special ship. Meanwhile, Captain Suoki reaches Phentrom to say their ship was underfire. She asked Phentrom to reach Lyoth to come and help them. What a terrible situation. Can Quigley and Suoki survive and last out the attack? Can Lyoth arrive in time to save them from the massive ship?
  20. Simply thunderstruck and fighting denial on this sad news. Comicality was one of the very first authors I found back so many years ago. And through him, discovering so many other story sites and resources for our community. He's left a big hole in our writing and story community and even larger shoes to fill, you will be missed and rest in peace... Thank you for showing myself and others that it does get better.
