  2. What joyous observational beauty in these stanzas! The gentle cautious caring and caresses, combined carefully with the described desire and definite beauty, bring both desire and delicacy dancing into the wonderful words!
  3. AB-your writing just gets better and better! its also great to get to know these lovable characters again. I would be proud to call each and every one of them Friend. DG
  4. HOOVE Horses Offer Observational Verification Examination POSTS
  5. What a marvelous poem! I loved the images, conjuring nights spent beneath a million stars. Yet I felt also the power and tension in And I fled from the garden that would wound me, That would confuse by turning life into joy. To flee that garden must have required significant strength.
  6. Answering Chris: I do…. At home and work. Paul: no dentures here. Never have I ever worked from the beach
  7. I have temporarily, while recovering from an accident. Never have I ever had dentures.

    Chapter 6

A nicely wrapped up whodunnit, you kept me guessing even after you started pointing toward Cal at the end of the previous chapter. The paranormal sex was an enjoyable twist. I wonder what's next for Ken?

    The Killer

Another wonderful chapter, beautifully written. 😍 Jamie is doing well and we will discover later whether the misinformation he has given his police commanders will be worth whatever it is that RMW is busy working on. Mike, in the meantime is in the dark and he won't like that at all. I wonder who the big specter is working for.
  10. . Sapphische Oden II.
  11. I can be a meanie when I want to be; writing that is. IRL I'm a nice guy. I have bridges to sell too if you bought that. But I did have second thoughts about killing Tyler. Rather than rewrite a chunk of the capture, I added in the mix-up.
  12. @a_dragon you keep making me laugh and then hitting me real hard in my feels. How dare. Anywho, I really appreciate you taking the time to read/comment. Also, fun fact that you won't see until later, but Loren/Suman are verse and switch. My head cannon was for Tyren/Hanja to be as well but we see much less of their 18+ interactions. Also also, Big Top Energy is hilarious

    Stuck

"Nothing good, absolutely nothing, would come from that coupling.' Not for you maybe, Mr Sunbeam my weirdly judgemental given both your family & friend-group lad, but for the goblin boys? Every good. And long may it last. Some interesting developments here. Re: the emotional/relational instability plaguing our valiant heroes & imminent threat of war on two fronts, while the mirror fascinates, it also misleads. Funny that... I wonder who the real antagonist is. And I really really like that I can do that. Nothing more satisfying than a well executed plot-within-plot twist. Wyn, our sweet little mystery, holding a wild card perhaps? I mean, little dude had to have come from somewhere and as someone (probably Tyren) reminded us in arc one - the world is bigger than three countries (not a direct quote btw). The council, unsurprisingly operating within the expected bounds of councils everywhere, is in for a rough ride, I think. As is gramps & the fools from across the sea... Oh yeah, there's also the not-small-matter of a certain young lad being given a hard time. Wonder how the taking-of-turns to remedy that between the assorted aunts, uncles & daddy-dearest will turn out *grabs popcorn & settles in for a good show* Great chapter man, as always.
  14. Thanks for reading, Parker. These two odes (the other one to follow shortly) are very near the core of who Toni Schwabe was as a poet
  15. Thanks, ReaderPaul. These are very sensual poems, and a part of sensuality is fear

    Roommates

This must be a alternate universe otherwise how can Connor not detect the Men In Black similarities? I'm taking a shot here and I'm sure I'll be WAYYYY OFF. Micheal Thomas might be someone Connor knew as a little boy or something and M is some kind of replica. I know nutty crazy but maybe not as nutty crazy as what actually happens here. I have to say Hannah reacted better then one would have a right to expect after their conversation. Povich? Weed? Not exactly guardian of the year material here
  17. @Lee Wilson, that was so cruel of you to do that to your readers! (Hits you on the shoulder a couple of times, hard). But you got us going though. Just like a great author would do. Bet you would make a great novelist like all the famous authors. Hope Pete will be ok. Others will be ecstatic when they hear Tyler is ok. But poor Miles! Feel sympathy for Mrs Jackson though.

    Chapter 3

I feel sorry for Pete after everything he's been through in life. But at the same time, I have a lot of admiration for this gutsy young man, what he's been through hasn't weakened him he used it and has become stronger for it. If he can continue to do that he will be a force to be reckoned with when he becomes an adult. His breakdown is not surprising but it had to happen at some point, now he can deal with those issues and become even stronger for it. I'm going to enjoy reading about his adventures in the future, I just hope that in the meantime he doesn't come to any harm from Carl or his half-wit cronies. He needs more friends like Mich and the baseball team.

    The Bodyguard

Jamie is adapting very well to the new and strange reality of his job as well as his supernatural abilities. RMW remains an enigma but seems to be getting closer to Jamie's wavelength. I wonder if the Turners know about his powers

    Chapter 12

Very nice holiday description. Devin probably could have had the same experience with the bullying, but a little higher self-esteem if he was allowed to be just a bit shorter than average. I was always shorter and smaller, but my older brother was the opposite, taller and bulkier, so I didn't get bullied much. Maybe I just grew up in a nicer town, who knows?
  22. The entire group less their murdered friend are set to meet in the future. Fonith said she was messed up from the torture, though. Starwen and Lyoth landed in a supposedly uninhabited area on Jitha to collect granitewood. Instead they meet people and a leader called Mama and greeted by“Welcome to the Entry of Ecstasy." Something strange is unfolding. Is this a drug fueled cult and that might try to capture them or is the group harmless?
