    Chapter 1

I would love to have a time calibrator of my own. I'd have my business day feel like ten minutes and my free time feel like hours, instead of the other way around as it is now!

    Chapter 2

I had to look up that bit of Brit slang. I suspect you're right. It would make one look like a cockwomble, no question! 🙂

    Chapter 2

Thank you. Um...I haven't really considered what might happen if someone peed INSIDE a suit. I'll ask Nyf and get back to you!

    Chapter 1

The best part of alien supertech is the imagination factor. It's fun to imagine what we might do with it if we had it here. Saturday nights would certainly NOT be boring!
  5. Well, now it's official. The boy's are courtin'! Sure, it was worth waiting for. It always is in your stories, Gary. What's left? Three chapters? A sequel may be needed. But I'll wait until I get to the end before I know for sure. Maybe TWO sequels.

    Chapter 3

Wow. Ethan is in a tough spot. This family sounds on the brink of disintegration. He needs to be careful, or perhaps become a casualty. Mr. Jameson sounds like he's made up his mind he's his own worst problem, but has no way to deal with it but to take it out on others. The kids are jockeying for fight or flight spots, and Mrs. Jameson just wants to hold it all together somehow. And then there's still Jonathan... Good story. I'm slowly getting through it. Worth coming back for!

    Chapter 13

I deliberately left that up to the reader's imagination! Prehensile penises? How come YOU aren't writing fiction?
  8. Geron Kees

    Chapter 13

Nyf would be able to intercept any form of communication that impinges upon him as radio frequency, or which he could tap into using any of several nefarious methods which we will not go into here.

    Chapter 13

Good question. Yes, the first two stories took place in the same summer. If I had been smart, I would have continued in that vein, and not have to now try to explain how much time has passed. Really, no appreciable time SHOULD have passed. I think when I was writing this story I was just thinking of the current time of the year, and didn't consider the problem with that. This is what happens when you are trying to keep track of a lot of characters and story lines. Now, how to fix it? Hmm. Nyf has his own sensors and can use them to see and hear what is going on around him, as well as

    Chapter 1

Uh oh. You're asking important questions? 🙂 Actually, a number of people have brought up the boy's home lives, and how their adventures might affect them. I haven't addressed that yet, exactly. I haven't decided if an entire story should be written around that aspect, or whether I can simply illustrate their home lives a little at a time in each story to give a broader picture. Still thinking about that. I have other series I am writing on, and other stories in the works, and don't even know when I'll get to the next installment of this one. Artificial lifeforms could be great friend

I would say yes, that the translators will allow the guys to read the labels on the cans in their home mound. It hasn't come up yet, though. Haha. Having Nyf go back to earth with the guys seems a popular idea. I'll have to work that into the next installment. I'm curious about how you discovered this series. Most readers of my stories have become regulars, and friends. You are a new voice, right out of the blue! 🙂

    Thanks. You're a fast reader!

Hi, Dave! It's never too late around here! Pleased that you enjoyed the first story. Maybe the others will appeal to you as well. Very nice comments. Great way to end the day! Thank you! --Geron

    Chapter 5

Yep. Probably just confuse poor Nyf. "How come there are two different translations to everything, Derry?" "Well, one is Google, and one is Microsoft." "Does that mean something special?" "THEY think it does!"
