A short spinoff from the "Gone From Daylight" series, young Rodney is a vampire in New York, hoping to gain the attention from a human that he's found to be everything that he ever could have hoped for. With his group of vampire peers who don't know about his sexuality, with the exception of his best friend, Christie...he tries to figure out whether he should make the big move and go for what he really wants.

Opportunities don't last forever. Take advantage when you have the chance...

Seth may be two years younger than his friend, Hayden, but he enjoys talking to him often whenever they get a chance to be alone. However, their friendship on the surface may be hiding some secret benefits for both parties involved. And their friendly conversations over the phone may just be a bit more than Hayden is willing to admit. At least for now.

Just me having some fun with my stories and the genre itself, this spinoff is a humorous addition to the whole "Gone From Daylight" idea! Hehehe! All of the stories were meant to be different from one another, and I enjoyed this one a lot! Everybody isn't good at being a vampire! Way it goes, I s'pose! LOL! A go-between negotiator for the Elders and their profit making vampire clientele, Enzo makes a pretty easy living for himself in darkness. This "Gone From Daylight" spinoff ties directly into the storyline, so some spoilers may be included. As a duo of vampires come to Enzo for help, he sees an opportunity to gain a bit of leverage, and perhaps step up to the next social level in the vampire order. What is he hiding? And what is he looking to gain?

Chris is working at a summer camp where he meets Cody. Things progress from there.
