These are all works I edited with my Poetry Studio class. It was great having so many beta readers, and I think the works are better for it. Submitted to the GA 2024 Poetry Anthology!

Five poems inspired by the elemental forces of time and nature.

Just some fleeting thoughts.

It's not just the weather that changes with the seasons.

A collaboration between Valkyrie and Aditus.

That time from late August to October is special. And so are apples, in their many manifestations.

Meeting for the first time in Boarding school, Oscar Q Kingston settles down to life away from his country home town, until an incident with one of his friends, while at home on a boarders weekend had him ending up in a hospital and afterwards changing schools and living with his grandparents on the outer north-east suburbs, where he finds new friends.

Months later he bumps into two of his former friends from his old school and after a bumpy start, they form a close friendship that lasts for many years to come, where they go their own separate ways after school ends, and reunite later for a common cause.

I remember my life now as if I'm looking out a window. Streaks of my life flash by me. I try to open the window and catch them, but the window won't open. So, I sit and watch them, and I wonder did they really happen or was it just a dream? Take a journey back in time as 78-year-old Phil Reid relates his life experiences to a younger man.

Levie and Greg have been together for three months, and are moving in together. The young couple learns that no matter what life throws at them, they've always got the Love Of Family to help and strengthen them.

Nathan—a man who lives life in shadow and solitude—finds himself hunted due to an old assignment. While awaiting his execution, he crosses paths with a towering brute, forming a powerful bond of friendship, loyalty, and love. Alone, they struggle to stay ahead of their fate, but together find the strength to escape the deeds of their past.
