The writings of andr0gene mostly reside under the 'romance' category, pitting characters into awkward or impossible situations and let them make the best of it. Several of his efforts have popped up around the web over the years, with one of his stories being voted #1 on the historical toplist for five years straight (since 2005); another sits at #4 on that same list. Featuring a collection of C James' stories, including everything from action/adventure with a nuclear twist, to a tale of death on the senate floor (written in 2nd person) to a slightly tongue-in-cheek horror story, surfing, romance, sci-fi, etc. C James enjoys writing in many different styles, so each story is different in its own way. C James' stories are also known for their extensive background research, including some scenes that are set in foreign locations and researched via the author's love of travel, including recent visits to many of the featured overseas locations.

DomLuka's Official Story Site. DomLuka dominated the online gay writing genre in the early 2000s with his strong character-driven narratives. He slipped off quietly in 2009 and we haven't heard from him since, sadly. There are a handful of stories that he never finished and are so marked.

The two stories I've authored thus far, WORKING IT OUT and BELOVED, can be classified as "growing up gay" works, I think. The protagonist(s) are outed or come out to family and friends, sometimes moving from questionable support or lack of support for their orientation among significant others into strong commitments which permit them to mentor others. Religious affiliations of the heroes and their real or adoptive families are portrayed as supportive of gays, who often seek formal recognition .

Born in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, a suburb of Amsterdam, Netherlands. American dad, Nederlands mom. Moved to The States in 1976, and have had mixed feelings about it since. Love the US, still feel Dutch, try to combine both.
View the world through rose-colored glasses. I once tried to remove them, but found it to be caused by my eyes after all. Prognosis: no cure.
