To cope he has immersed himself in books and ignored his sexuality as best as he can; however on his eighteenth birthday he gives into temptation and then loses everything.

Twenty-eight year old baseball star Cal Grainger was living the good life until his girlfriend uttered three fateful words. Now his life has been turned upside down and he’s looking for a sign to show him what to do. Is it the sign he’s waiting for, or the guy holding it?

The past comes to life as two boys, linked through their 22nd century implants, dream of a brutal gay bashing. But is the past really the past, or was it the future that was just a dream? A short story I wrote for Christmas 2009

One small town, two murders, and countless suspects. Derrick dislikes train travel, and this particular route through the mountains always makes him nervous. Meeting a handsome stranger is exactly the distraction he needs, until the remarkable reason for his new friend's presence is revealed.
