This story was billed as a prequel to the author's highly recommended story "Mickey" story which had 28 member recommendations. There is also another story prequel in this series that the author plans to release,  "Connections" in 2026.

Peter's Story develops complex characters and relationships that may play a  part in "Mickey"  and in our next installment of this series of stories. It tells the story about Peter and how he and his now husband Marty, have overcome the many obstacles and challenges they have faced and dealt with, during the years after first meeting in college. Now they are making plans to start to raise their own family, but face a very uncertain future. You will love these two young men, and the large supportive family, that now surrounds this couple. It is an emotional story filled with health concerns about Peter, and husband Marty stepping up and trying to make sure he can support the couples planned family in their future. This was an excellent read with dramatic content, and high expectations of more of this great story promised in 2026!
