The Kiss of the Vampire - 13. Chapter 13

Kiss of the Vampire

Doom walks this way!

Vladimir had no trouble paying for the Chateau, it dated back to the 1600s but was in beautiful condition. The chateau stood majestically atop a gentle rise; its grand silhouette outlined against the deep blue sky. Built in the classical French style, its architecture was a harmonious blend of elegance and strength, exuding an aura of timeless sophistication. The façade of the chateau was adorned with intricate stone carvings and ornate balustrades, each detail a testament to the craftsmanship of a bygone era.

Tall, arched windows lined the front, their glass panes reflecting the sunlight and casting a warm, golden glow on the cobblestone courtyard below. The main entrance was marked by a pair of imposing wooden doors, intricately carved with scenes from ancient myths and legends. Above the doors, a grand balcony extended from the second floor, offering a panoramic view of the sprawling gardens and the rolling hills beyond.

The roof of the chateau was a masterpiece, a steeply pitched expanse of slate shingles, punctuated by elegant dormer windows and crowned with wrought iron finials. At each corner of the building, tall, conical towers reached towards the sky, their pointed roofs adding a fairy-tale charm to the imposing structure.

Surrounding the chateau was a vast estate, meticulously landscaped with manicured lawns, fragrant flowerbeds, and ancient oak trees that provided shade and tranquility. A gravel path wound its way through the gardens, leading to a serene pond where swans glided gracefully across the water's surface.

Inside, the chateau was no less impressive. The grand foyer greeted visitors with a sweeping marble staircase, its bannisters adorned with delicate wrought ironwork. Crystal chandeliers hung from the high ceilings, their dazzling light reflecting off the polished floors and gilded mirrors that lined the walls. Rich tapestries depicting historical scenes and fine art pieces adorned the walls, adding a sense of opulence and history to the elegant interior.

The rooms of the chateau were a blend of luxurious comfort and classical beauty. The drawing room, with its plush velvet sofas and intricate wood paneling, offered a cozy retreat for intimate gatherings. The dining hall, with its long, mahogany table and high-backed chairs, was the perfect setting for grand feasts and lively conversations. Each bedroom was a sanctuary of peace, furnished with antique pieces and adorned with sumptuous fabrics, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The chateau's library was a treasure trove of knowledge, its shelves lined with leather-bound volumes and rare manuscripts. A grand fireplace provided warmth and light, making it an ideal spot for quiet reflection or scholarly pursuits.

In every corner of the chateau, the attention to detail and the commitment to preserving its historical charm were evident. It was a place where the past and the present coexisted in perfect harmony, offering a glimpse into a world of elegance, beauty, and refined living

Meanwhile, Constantine took Alexei to his room, his eyes filled with a mix of anticipation and tenderness. Constantine told Alexei “I have a surprise for you, my love! He had purchased a large coffin which could hold them both and they would sleep in it every day.

Alexei just loved it he kisses Constantine passionately! “I just love it!”

"I want to make love to you," he said softly, his voice trembling with emotion. "It will be our first time, and I want to make it perfect." He handed Alexei a wine glass filled with blood.

"To us," Constantine said, raising his glass. They clinked their glasses together, the sound resonating in the quiet night. Alexei took a sip, his eyes widening in surprise. "The blood is still warm," he marveled. "How perfect, and I think it tastes like wine. How is that possible?"

“I have my secrets” he smiled!

He refilled the glass from a bottle which had no label. When he finished, he started removing Alexei's clothes unbuttoning his shirt he kissed each bit of flesh as it was exposed. Once the shirt was removed Constantine kissed and nibbled on his nipples it seems they were just so tasty to Constatine, and it was having the desired effect on Alexei who was moaning in pleasure.

Constantine removed his shirt and offered his nipples to Alexei, who had to have them in his mouth licking them. Alexei did not tell Constantine, but this was the first time he had sex with anyone. And he was loving it, then Constantine removed his shoes and socks, he moved on to the belt and unbuttoned his pants and pulled them off. Alexei was getting into it and did the same for Constantine!

Now they were nude, and they wrapped their arms around each other and kissing, and then pressed their cocks together. Alexei told Constantine “I love you so much how could I be so lucky to have you, my love.” Constantine picked Alexei up and carried him to the bed and layed him down on his back.

He starts sucking on his cock and that had him moaning again he was about to come when he exploded filling Constantine's mouth with load after load of the cum, it tasted divine. Licking up every bit of the cum. Constantine told Alexei that he wanted to fuck him, and they would go slowly, and he would not hurt him. Alexei said, “That is what he wanted to do I just want to make you happy my love.” And then Alexei said he wanted to fuck Constantine which he agreed to!

With great care he entered Alexei, he moaned he was smiling and moaning at the same time! Constantine built up speed and finally he came and so did Alexei. Then it was Alexei’s turn he did just like Constantine did, he entered him with care and love and then nature took over and he acted like a beast. And he came as did Constantine. With the cock still inside Constantine it was throbbing inside him, and it was driving him crazy. They lay there kissing for a long time. At last Alexei removed his cock.

Constantine and Alexei took a shower together washing all their parts and kissing, there was no doubt of it Alexei was Constantine special person, and he would kill anyone that tried to take him from him.

“I love you so much. Would you like to go for a coffee?” he asked. Vampires cannot drink coffee, but they do love to hold the warm cup in their hands and smell the coffee.

Alexei said that he would the cafe was not that far to walk, and so they dressed in over coats it was sure to be chilly. They had gotten halfway to the cafe when Constantine stopped and whispered to “Alexei that they were being followed by Vampires and young ones at that. This could get ugly, just let me do the talking.”

They waited for them to catch up to them, which they did in short order. Constantine had trouble keeping a smile off his face. He spoke in perfect French “Is there something you want?” and he smiled. There were three of them.

The leader said with an evil grin, “We do not allow Vampire’s that are not in our guild to walk our streets.” He tried to look threatening and only came off looking stupid.

“Can we not end this in a peaceful way?”

They spoke "No you're going to die!”

Constantine raised his palms and flames appeared in his hands and then leaped to the first Vampire who burst into flames and started screaming and within seconds he was reduced to ash. Then it split into two and leaped to the last two vampires who were also screaming, and they burnt to ash. Alexei was terrified. Constantine tried to calm him down with hugs and kisses. “It’s all right now, Alexei they got what they were asking for my love.”

Alexei asked “Can all vampires do that? That was so scary”

Constantine took Alexei’s hand and gazed deeply into his eyes, a profound intensity in his expression. "No, dear one, not all vampires possess the abilities I do," he said softly. "You see, I am very old, even older than Vladimir. As I have aged, I have gained many powers. These abilities are secrets I have kept, even from you, because I love you so much. Vampires never reveal all their cards; we always keep some up our sleeves."

Constantine’s voice grew more earnest. "Now, I must ask you to keep this secret. If the others knew what I was capable of, they would fear me, and they might cast me out. This has happened to me before."

Alexei listened intently; his heart heavy with the weight of Constantine's words. A single tear ran down his cheek as he realized the burdens his beloved had borne alone. The depth of Constantine’s love and the isolation his powers had caused, filled Alexei with both sorrow and determination to protect him.

Alexei said, “I will keep your secret you have no worry about that, my love. Let's get that coffee”

Constantine said “I must thank the Dark Gods for sending you to me. I am so lucky.” And a single tear ran down his cheek.

When they got to the cafe and ordered two coffees, they chatted for a long time and surprisingly the coffee never grew cold. After the coffee they walk home without any trouble. They slept together as they always did, Constantine held Alexei kissing and hugging him. And they fell asleep.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows that stretched across the landscape, Constantine felt a sense of foreboding settled over him. The night brought with it a deep chill that seemed to seep into his bones, mirroring the unease in his heart. He had recently discovered the existence of a powerful and secretive Vampire Guild; a group whose ambitions and ruthlessness posed a significant threat to him and those he cared about.

Constantine's thoughts lingered on Alexei, the one person who had managed to breach the walls of his heart. He knew he had to protect him at all costs. The Vampire Guild's influence was growing, and their methods were as insidious as they were dangerous. Their presence was an ever-present shadow, a menace that threatened to destroy the delicate balance Constantine had worked so hard to maintain.

Determined, Constantine resolved to dismantle the guild piece by piece, to strip away its power and ensure the safety of Alexei and their kind. His mind raced with plans and strategies, each more daring than the last. He would need to be meticulous and cunning, leveraging his centuries of experience and the powers he had cultivated over the years. He wore his sword, for he would surely need it.

As night fully descended, Constantine cloaked himself in the darkness, his senses attuned to every sound and movement. He set out into the city, a silent predator on the hunt. The guild's lair, hidden deep within the maze of the old quarter, was his destination. He moved with a purpose, each step bringing him closer to his goal.

When he reached the lair, Constantine paused, his eyes narrowing as he surveyed the surroundings. He could sense the presence of other vampires, young and impulsive, guarding their territory. He knew he would need to be swift and decisive. He whispered a few ancient words, a spell of concealment wrapping around him as he advanced.

In the shadows, he waited, watching the guards with a calculating eye. When the moment was right, he struck with precision his sword flashing in the moonlight with fury of a storm. The guards never saw him coming, and within moments, they were dead, left in the darkness as he moved deeper into the lair.

Constantine knew the true battle lay ahead, with the guild's leaders. He steeled himself, knowing that this confrontation was inevitable and necessary. As he approached the inner sanctum, his resolve hardened. He was not just fighting for himself, but for Alexei and the future they dreamed of.

The door to the inner sanctum creaked open, and Constantine stepped inside, his presence commanding and unwavering. The leaders of the guild turned to face him, surprise quickly giving way to hostility. "You dare to challenge us?" one of them sneered.

He spoke in perfect French "I dare because I must," Constantine replied, his voice steady. "You threaten everything I hold dear. This ends tonight." And he drew his sword, its edge gleamed in the dim light.

The room crackled with tension as the two sides faced off, a clash of wills that would determine the fate of their world. Constantine knew that this was a battle not just of strength, but of cunning and determination. As the first blow was struck, he moved with the grace and power of a seasoned warrior, each movement deliberate and deadly. Heads fell from the Vampires as Constantines death dance moved like a machine of doom thru there ranks.

The fight raged on, a whirlwind of power and fury, but Constantine's resolve never wavered. He fought with the knowledge that failure was not an option, and slowly but surely, he began to turn the tide. The guild's leaders, powerful though they were, could not match the intensity of his determination.

When the dust finally settled, not a single Vampire remained alive and the guild lay in ruins, its leaders defeated. Constantine stood amidst the wreckage; his breath heavy but his spirit unbroken. He had done what he set out to do, and though the cost had been great, the threat was neutralized. And as he left the Guild the whole Guild burst into flames.

As he made his way back to Alexei, the first light of dawn breaking over the horizon, Constantine felt a profound sense of relief. He had protected those he loved and secured a future free from the shadow of the guild. And in that moment, he knew that his fight was worth every sacrifice.

Constantine knew that he had to speak with Vladimir, and the urgency of the matter weighed heavily on him. If things went badly, he and Alexei might have to leave, but this conversation couldn't wait. He found Vladimir and asked him to speak with him in private. They made their way to the library, a place of quiet reflection and deep conversations, and took their seats.

"Vladimir," Constantine began, his voice steady but filled with emotion, "I have always respected you and counted you as my best friend. I have done everything you have ever asked of me, supported you in every way. We have shared so much, even our most intimate moments. You could well be my brother; we are that close. But I must admit to withholding secrets, not to hurt you, but to protect you."

Vladimir listened intently, his expression a mix of concern and understanding. "Everything you say is true, Constantine. I also want you to know how much you mean to me and Thomas. No matter what you have to tell me, it will not change how things are between us."

Constantine took a deep breath, feeling the weight of his words. "There are things about my past, about my powers, that I have kept hidden. Not because I didn't trust you, but because I feared what might happen if others knew. I have faced exile before, and I couldn't bear to go through that again, especially not now, with Alexei in my life."

Vladimir's eyes softened with empathy. "Constantine, you have always been a pillar of strength for us. Whatever secrets you hold, we will face them together. You are not alone in this."

The bond between them, forged through years of shared experiences and mutual respect, felt stronger than ever. Constantine knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, he could count on Vladimir's unwavering support. And with that reassurance, he felt a renewed sense of hope and determination to protect those he loved.

Constantine was a figure of legend, shrouded in mystery and awe among his kind. Born centuries ago, during the early days of vampire lore, his origins were a subject of many tales and whispers. Some said he was turned in ancient Rome, others believed he was a warrior from a forgotten tribe, transformed by a powerful and ancient vampire. His true age was known to few, but it was certain that he had walked the earth for over a thousand years, surviving countless conflicts and witnessing the rise and fall of empires.

His powers were formidable, honed over centuries of existence. Constantine possessed abilities that few vampires could match. He could manipulate the elements, summon flames with a mere thought, and move with a speed that rendered him nearly invisible to the human eye. His strength was unparalleled, and his mind was a fortress of knowledge and strategy, making him a formidable opponent in both physical and mental battles.

Despite his immense power, Constantine was not driven by a thirst for dominance. Instead, he sought to protect those he cared about and maintain a balance between the supernatural and human worlds. His leadership was marked by wisdom and compassion, qualities that endeared him to his allies and made him a respected figure among vampires.

Constantine took a deep breath, feeling the weight of his confession lift slightly. Vladimir's understanding had given him a renewed sense of purpose. "There is more you need to know," Constantine continued. "The Vampire Guild is growing bolder, and their influence is spreading. They are a threat to us all, and I fear they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals."

Vladimir's expression turned serious. "What do you propose we do?"

“I have handled it they are no more! And this is what happened”

Vladimir was impressed by what Constantine had done by himself. “I am so glad you're on our side.”

Constantine said, “You all are my family you have nothing to fear from me!”

Well, evil can inflict the Vampires just as it can the Humans.  Was this all of The Guild, or could there be others elsewhere?  What brought about their rise?

Constantine did what he felt he had to do, would have felt better if he had spoken to Vladimir first, but sometimes it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Wonder what other secrets these two have?
