Weightless 2. Less is More

   (2 reviews)
Genres: General Fiction
Sub-genres: Drama

Zane Thompson is a smart kid with a lot of potential, but has more projects than he can handle. Now that he's also found a potential boyfriend, Clint Fjeldsted, he has even more on his plate. Between his family, school, and maintaining friendships, how will he ever make time for his new love interest?

This is the sequel to my story "Fearless", which should probably be read first.

Zane Thompson is a boy with plans. He also has things that make life more difficult. First is his disability. The second is a father he can never please.

His life changes when Clint enters the picture. Clint gives Zane the love he is missing. This gives Zane the strength and confidence to rise above his challenges.

A well written story. Lessons of rising above and moving forward.

I highly recommend this sequel/conclusion to the wonderful Fearless.  While not tagged as such,  this is really a sweet, compelling love story that explores the tragedy of mental illness and underscores the healing power of love from one’s “logical” rather than biological family.  Though the story includes plenty of drama and heartbreak, it also offers a deeply moving, happy ending that left this reader very satisfied.
