A sad story with a beautiful ending. I should have read the other reviews first and had the tissues handy, but I didn't and had to stop reading to find them before I could continue. This is so well written that you don't need much imagination to feel the sadness or the love that it portrays.

Wow, reading this made me feel good, but it also made me cry. The feelings of love and caring come right to the front. A great story and an excellent read.

This story captures the true meaning of Christmas: Unconditional love and the giving of meaningful gifts. Like @Brayon says, have tissues at hand. Probably even better with a snow storm outside.

I swear some stories should come with a warning, that tissue will be needed. Loved this story, and it brought tears to my eyes.
