A lovely story about a difficult love. Of course the modern situation of Palestinian in Israel comes up — and is roundly condemned.

Response from the author:

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your kind review. As an artist I am convinced, that artists must make a stand in sensitive subjects, such as (in this story) the Palestinian question but also the relation between Islam and homosexuality. It was most certainly not anti-semitic, but only anti the government of Israel, a country for which not many people know, that it has almost as much Arab citizens as it has Jewish. So yes...I made my point clear!

Now it is up for more...another story coming up, equally sensitive but in a totally different field.

Thank you for a wonderful story that is so relevant in today's world.  Your characters are so realistic and easy to understand their emotions and actions.  I look forward to reading more of your work.

Response from the author:

Thanks for your very kind review. I posted it with some apprehension: if a reader reads certain passages out of context it can easily be understood as anti-Islam or anti-semite. Which in my opinion it most certainly isn't!

As far as other work is concerned: there are already 4 other stories on line and there is more to follow over time.

Love
