My goodness, this is so explicit- emotionally.  The writer takes us on breathtaking emotional highs and on to despairing doubt and pain.  The scenes of intimacy are passionately, nakedly, intense.
only MrsG and a couple of others are able to express feelings in such a powerful and challenging way.

bravo 🎉

Excellent read...these two characters take you on a ride of frustration, agony, sexual tension, sad and happy tears...and the final 'sigh' of relief, of love requited! This ranks up there with the 5 star Gang!

"I don’t know if I believed in magic before this very moment ... But I do now."

I think Shaun Cassidy captured this very feeling in his 1977 song Do You Believe In Magic that goes something like this:

If you believe in magic, come along with me
We'll dance until morning 'til there's just you and me
And maybe, if the music is right
I'll meet you tomorrow, sort of late at night
And we'll go dancing, baby, then you'll see
How the magic's in the music and the music's in me

Do you believe like I believe Do you believe in magic

Without a doubt, unrequited or not, a must read story for everyone. If you have trepidation, like I did, because of the title Unrequited, take a chance on yourself, bust through the door, and give it a go. You'll be glad you did!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Read the spoiler review after taking a chance on yourself and the unrequited hurts you've experienced. You'll be glad you did!

Sometimes in life we take a long time to finally get it right and have what we never allowed ourselves to dream is possible. The writing is descriptive and imaginative. The slow build up is worth the wait.  You’ll fall in love with Andy and West, all the while holding your breath hoping for the perfect ending. You won’t be disappointed.

This is one of my favorite stories. I love slow burns which is perfect because it does take Andy and West a while to figure it out. But they make it on their own time and it makes the ending so much sweeter. Lot's of good descriptions, good pacing, great characters, and sharp dialogue.

A great read. A year in the life told in interesting snippets of normal daily events.  I think everyone has that someone who could've/should've been, but life had different plans. Thanks for sharing.
