Confluence 1. Stories from Old Photographs

   (3 reviews)
Genres: Romance
Sub-genres: Historical Romance

A romance inspired by two photographs from the late 19th century. Some of the historical details and people of the story are from the actual history of Franklin, NH; others, including the two main characters, are fictional. I have changed their names from the names written on the backs of the photographs.

Huge amount of story in this short story. Twists and surprises kept me reading and I was engaged the entire story. It's always nice to be entertained by the supporting characters as well. Refugium has a particular knack for crafting a tale, and I think it's put to very good use in this story. Definitely worth the read.

Confluence is a sweet story about two men who find each other and face the prospect of losing each other to the forces of small town society.

There is a sense of joy and wonder in this story that will have you smiling, anxious to read the next chapter.

An excellent read!!

Despite those who would have you think differently, men have been loving and in committed relationships from time immemorial.

While it may not have been easy it hasn't stopped lovers finding their way towards love of a partner and a safe harbor to do so.

Take a gander as to how our two protagonists found their way and overcome the obstacles life threw at them.
