My name is Todd. As a college dropout with a minimum-wage job, I just live in the moment with aspirations of becoming an artist one day. That was until Barrett, my older brother's sexy best friend and a paramedic, walks into a gay bar I frequent. And guess what, he's also a homophobe who crushed my interest in him during my teen years. What's he doing here? And I keep seeing him. At my job, at my dad's cookout, and at the bar again. No way is he going to convince me that he's a better man now who can steal my heart away...and possibly break it in return.

A great story where the characters are developing into well-rounded figures. A love story between two people that ended up perfectly.

Dancing Queen by ABBA, the catalyst for an unlikely relationship between Todd and Barrett? With such an auspicious start what could possibly go wrong, or right as the case may be. I am not going to divulge, you will have to do yourself a favour and read the story to find out.

A beautifully and authentically written story by the very talented @Superpride. A relatively small cast of characters and only a few moments of melodrama, but what transpires between chapters 1 and 25 will leave the reader with the full gamut of emotions. Strongly written characters and character growth are the real strengths of the story, characters who provoked much commentary from the many followers of this story.

Read and enjoy this charming and delightful work.

@Superpride brings this charming story of love, family and redemption.

Todd is artist, working in a local grocery store for minimal wage. He is openly gay, pursuing his own dreams, doesn't want to be shaped by his father's expectations which makes them more and more estranged every day. Barrett is Todd's brother's best friend. Dealing with his own sexuality he is still wearing a trauma of foster child, left by his birth parents.

Todd and Barrett meet in local gay pub... With assumptions made on some events from the past; personal issues and family/friends around - is there a future for Todd and Barrett's relationship?! Read this beautiful story and find out!
