I have one complaint about this story - why did it end so quickly? I definitely wanted more. ❤️

The story is really enticing. There’s a lot of tension and action, a sense of urgency flowing from the pages, but also a few delicious slower moments to take a breath. It’s a little different than other stories as here we have a seemingly fantasy world - kinda looking medieval. And I really enjoyed that change of scenery.

Having read other stories of @Yeoldebard before, I was already somewhat familiar with the setting. But this story definitely should be read as first - it gives a lot of background to the things that are shown in later works.

An awesome variety of characters - reading interactions between them is fascinating. A lot of stressful situations. A lot of emotions. Also some communication difficulties arise between our main heroes here and there.

Very satisfying world building. I enjoyed every little bit of information thrown on there. And never once did I feel like there was too much description.

For me it reads a little like an origin story. And this is not a complaint.

Overall, a well balanced and satisfying read. 💚💙💜

A riveting tale involving humans, elves, werewolves, mages, and, possibly the most adorable species I've encountered in literature, nekos. This story contains plenty of action, drama, and romance, and is blended seamlessly throughout every chapter. For anyone who loves a fantasy or paranormal tale, I recommend Wolf Pack

Response from the author:

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and review this story. It's always fun to go back to old works and reread what you've written with a new reader. I am glad you enjoyed the story.
