In a note appended to the story, the author states this is their first story. It is painfully obvious the intent was good but inexperience overwhelmed the effort. The combination of a garage band and a hunky man in uniform held much promise but the tale fails to deliver.

 

Some of the descriptions are vivid and evoke good imagery but overall not a satisfying read.
