blksantos Posted September 29, 2009 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Our country has been recently hit by typhoon Ondoy/Ketsana which dumped six months' worth of rain in Metro Manila, Philippines in about six hours producing floodwaters reaching roofs of two-story homes and resulting in the loss of hundreds of lives, displacement of 450,000+ families, and over P1.5 billion~$31.5 million worth of damages.
