It is the 2001 printing! I don’t know if/how much the story changed in subsequent printings but this current version definitely has some significantly deeper chapters/scenes comparatively. It’s been great seeing how your approach to writing has evolved in the last 25 years!

It’s beens great re-reading this book after so many years and it still has the same emotional impacts I remember. I really enjoyed how you’ve reworked a lot of parts to add more depth and character development. (I pulled out my paperback copy to compare the rewrites to the original once I realized there were changes!) I’m looking forward to seeing the reworks for the rest of the books, particularly Reap The Whirlwind, which is probably my favorite in the series. Keep up the great work!
