Important! Birthdays set in your profile are visible only to Staff unless you choose otherwise.
When you come to the site and login, if you have not set your birthday you will be prompted to do so. Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page if you have an issue or question with the policy.

If you are in the Profile completion system, you will be required to enter your birthday. It will reject entries that are incomplete or below the allowed age of 13.
After that, it prompts you to fill out other items in your profile. These are optional and it seems that a lot of people that did not grow up with computers are getting stuck here.
When you see the Optional Step, you can just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Next" or "Skip for now" or "Skip Profile Completion for now"
Then if the progress bar is still visible on the site, you can click Dismiss.
