TWINS VS YANKEES

Well, The Twins beat the Tigers last night in 12 innings to win the division, So tonight they start the playoffs in New York.

 

 

I hope the Twins can beat the Yankee's, It's always nice to see the high paid players in the league put in their place by the players who play for game time and recognition, Not millions of undeserved dollars.

I'll also be cheering for the Twins. Not because I hate the Yankees, though. I just like the Twins better.

 

Of course it helps that Justin Morneau is a Twin. He's not just a Canadian, but from my province and a neibouring city as well. He had 30 home runs and 100 RBI's this year. Not too shabby.

Well, as a born and raised New Englander, I hope the Yanks win so the Sox can beat 'em in the ALCS. I also agree that it's nice to see overpaid players (A-Roid, Texiera, Sabathia) get put in their place by true players.

Well, Hopefully game 2 goes better for the Twins.

 

Win or lose, It's just fun to see the young guns playing their hearts out against the overpaid veterans.
