Is there anyone here who's been cross- fitting for while? I really need some insights and testimonials, aside from the ones Google has been offering me. It's something that I want to fit in my tight schedule since I really want to go for it. But I am still weighing on it if it will affect my work from being too sore. Some of the testimonials stated that, it was really awful for the first few days. And then there were some that states, the workout can be 'adjusted.' I'm kind left confused.
