The link to Twitter was what threw it into moderation. Given some of the content on there, it's likely a precaution to avoid site disruptions and only needed to be reviewed before approval.

I've been on the site since the early morning hours and I haven't experienced anything unusual. You might try pressing Ctrl + F5 to clear the page cache in your browser. and see if that helps.

You won't lose your old one. This will just be an additional profile. The other option would be to remove firefox and download it from scratch, but you lose your bookmarks etc.
