First off, welcome to GA again. 🙂
To answer your question, yes, there are a number of members of GA who volunteer their time to do editing for us Authors. Most of them have a greenish EDITOR badge, like our Author badge here on the forums.
The best way to contact one is to use the Private Club for Authors located here:
There is an Editor forum there, where you can put in a request for an editor to help you, with your story. I've found that once you've posted a request it can take a couple of days, but you will be contacted by one, usually via private message.

Sounds like you hit your attachment max. Underneath your name is a drop-down menu, is a series of links. The second one is to Manage my attachments. That should show all the attachments you have in PMs and Posts. You just need to clean out a few, and then you can post more.
If you do a lot of pics, linking from an off-site gallery will save you space.
