12.25.14 - 1. Poem One, 12.25.14

It's a bright sunny, if on the cool side, Christmas Day. After an Eve of rain, drizzle and fog. I foolishly looked into my world again and wrote it down here.

It’s a lie
Down with the murky truth
The obvious cover
For the obvious… misunderstanding
When it all stops inside
When senses cease pretense
I’m reconciled
But hidden again
Among
All
The dead and regrettable
Lost of beauty
Not ugliness… just the reality
All alone with the light into the night
Bothered with the lack
Of dreams again
I stiffen
Often
A posture of false
Challenge
Don’t come around anymore
Don’t show your face
