Tragedia Et Amor - 22. Chapter 22
The new dive area has been a success over the summer, as we thought it would. The snorkeling area in the bay has also been very well received. That still has a few locals mad at me for closing off a square mile of the area to boating and fishing, but the University of Texas’s Marine Biology department has made many reports available on their studies that show the closed area is benefiting the entire bay and has suggested that three other locations receive the same treatment to increase biodiversity and clean the water. Then there is another group of locals that can see the benefits in local fishing that have already begun. They fish just outside the boundaries and have reported the increase in size and amount of fish available. Both reports have made me smile, but not as much as the six-month report from the platform’s research group. My latest aeration buoys are doing what I had hoped they would. It was a simple and cheap design with off-the-shelf parts that uses a simple water airlift principle to aerate large amounts of water in a short period. Since the water only has to be lifted a foot above the waterline, we only need minimal power requirements. That was accomplished with 800 watts of solar power and a small wind turbine of 500 watts. The batteries were capable of supplying the compressor for three days, as it only needed 200 watts of power. That meant we had about 5 gallons a minute of aerated lift or 300 gallons of aerated water per hour that was added to the environment from each of the 4 buoys. A hose extended down 70 feet. The bottom was at 90 feet. Water was siphoned up by the airlift one foot below the waterline. It was thoroughly mixed with air before it poured into the tank and out to the next hose that went down to 85 feet. Nothing more than the weight of the water pouring down the hose to push it out the bottom. May not sound like much, but it was just enough of a boost to prove the concept. And it was traceable by the research team, via water tests and visual observation of dive areas. The increased oxygenated water spread out as it flowed out the bottom hose and mixed with the current. Phase two was to increase the amount of aeration by the addition of another, larger air pump that would triple the amount of aerated water. We also had a few seaweed lines growing too. That also has the desired effect of introducing oxygen into the water and the chosen variety is also good for fertilizer. A product we are trying to produce and distribute.
I was so happy about the report I went out with a dive team to look for myself after we made the monthly rounds of the 4 aeration buoys to check the systems and provide needed maintenance. Tanner, of course, wouldn’t leave my side, as Quinn was too busy to come with us on this trip. They were both still concerned about me falling again. I had my camera with me this time and was conferring with the university’s underwater photographer. She had given me quite a few good tips and had photos from previous dives to share with me as well. All of which will be used in our latest donations brochures. The before and after shots of the project.
We also had a line on two more platforms that are within 2 miles of each other and we had a Texas Senator making noises about us getting a federal 5 square mile grant with the two almost directly in the center. The University was so happy with the current platform off the coast of Port Aransas that they are jumping for joy at the thought of getting use of another one. They have also been fielding inquiries from other universities about shared use of the facilities which have brought them back to us as the Foundation owns the platforms. My first call was to Simon, Jenson, and Barringer to inform them and get their opinion and guidance on how that would work. Quinn had sent all the information to them to look over and we expect an answer in two weeks. More importantly, I was interested in expanding the role of the Foundation to include college scholarships in marine engineering and sciences. That made Quinn give me a soft sigh as he mumbled about needing more donations. The bright spot was we had migrated to YouTube from Vimeo with both the Foundation and the Dive Shop itself. We even hired two college students part time to put together the videos we produce. That has worked out well for both channels as it is providing another source of income.
Tanner
It was in October that I came home from work. About an hour before Quinn and Orion would arrive, which meant I would be able to make dinner. I entered the bedroom to change out of my clothing and heard the noise behind me. Spinning around, I found Orion leaning in the doorway. His eyes ran across my body as I undressed. I knew that look. It was the same look that would have Quinn backing away. To run. I won’t run from Orion, because I want to give him whatever he wants. Once I was naked, he lifted a hand for me to take. Pulling me into his body as I closed the distance. His tongue forced its way into my mouth. The feeling of love and desire from Orion permeates my body before he separated from me. Walking us down to the playroom, whose door was already open. He points to the fuck table and I scramble to get to it. I hopped up and laid across it so my head was hanging off for him to fuck my mouth. He still hasn’t said a word as his hand drops to my body and his fingertips glide across my skin lazily as he walks around the fuck table. My eyes follow him as he would have normally shoved his hard dick into my mouth. Instead, he grabs my legs and pushes my knees into my chest, making my hips roll upwards. The smile that develops tells me he is going to eat my ass again. The last time he did it, I orgasmed twice before he stopped and had me against the wall. This time, he only made me cum once. Then my hands were in the restraints as he slipped the harness on me. Once I was at the perfect height, he had me pinned to the wall.
An hour later, we stepped out of the shower. Orion’s lips met mine in a passionate kiss before he smacked my ass. “Off to make dinner with you. I need to take care of Quinn in a few minutes once he gets home.”
“Yes, my husband. Thank you for your love.” I said as I bounced my way back to the kitchen. The days without sex and my Orion let me know I was not forgotten. Chopping the vegetables, I heard the front door open and Quinn entered. He headed to the kitchen as I wiped my hands before turning to him.
“You look like you’ve been thoroughly fucked. Is Orion home?” Quinn said, as he wrapped his arms around me.
“He arrived just before I did. I couldn’t escape him.” I said after we kissed. Looking up, I held Quinn tight just as he tried to pull back. Orion’s arms wrapped around him and pulled him away from me. Lifting him off the floor.
“Hello my husband. We have some unfinished business as our husband makes dinner.” He practically growled out as Quinn tried to get away.
“Put me down, Orion.”
“Oh. I will. When I have you where I want you.” He said as he carried Quinn off to the playroom. I snickered as I heard Quinn trying to get away before I heard the loud groan he produced when Orion penetrated him. Returning to dinner preparations as I listened for the first of many telltale sounds of Quinn being pressed against the wall and fucked just as thoroughly as I was when Orion decided it was time to take what was his to have.
Quinn came out to the kitchen almost an hour later. Hair still wet from his shower as he grabbed my hips and pulled me away from the counter. Taking my cock into his mouth as I felt the heat from Orion coming up behind me. One leg was lifted, and I felt his hard cock against my hole again before he thrust his hips. Lifting on my toes as he penetrated my hole and Quinn swallowed my dick. I tried to grab Quinn’s head, but Orion had my arms pinned to me as he held me up on one leg. My body spasmed as my dick spewed jiz down Quinn’s throat. Quinn stood and made Orion release my arms as he bent me over and forced his dick into my mouth. That made Orion drop my leg and grab both hips. He bent over me to kiss Quinn as they spit-roasted me. They even orgasmed at the same time, which forced my body to release again, too. I stood, leaning back against Orion as I panted. His strong arms wrapped around me again as Quinn wrapped around the two of us. It was a series of kisses that moved back and forth between us before Orion moved us to shower after we turned off the oven and stove. We didn’t want to burn dinner after all.
Orion
It has been a few days since we had sex. I was early coming home and decided on some one-on-one time with my husbands. Starting with Tanner, switching to Quinn when he got home and then finishing with the three of us in the kitchen. During dinner, I decided maybe it was a good time to discuss the possibility of us moving.
“With the new project off the coast of Galveston. I was wondering how the two of you felt about moving up there?” They both looked at me. I could see the wheels turning in their minds. Quinn was weighing options, but Tanner looked like he wouldn’t care. He’s not close with his parents. His sister lives up in Dallas, so if she wanted, she could fly down easy enough or he could fly up.
“Do we need to?” Asked Quinn. With his close relationship with his father and brother, I could understand the question.
“I don’t think it would be necessary, but it might make it easier as that would be the larger of the two Texas Dive sites.” He nodded as he thought it over. Tanner reached across and held his hand. Which made him smile.
“How do we do it? You would have to buy a new place for us to live. We couldn’t afford that and what about here? Do we sell this?”
“I already have multiple units here I rent out. We could keep this one just for us. I will probably buy my mom’s unit when she is ready to move. Possibly moving Caleb and Aiden into it, or maybe your dad would want to sell out and move into it?”
“Did you have some plan in mind for our next home? If we move.”
“There are a few properties I am looking at. One is large enough that I could build up. Making our home on the third and fourth floors. With the new dive shop and training center under us. That way we would have privacy of being twenty feet off the ground with nobody close enough to see our private deck on the third floor or maybe go to five floors and have our own pool on the fourth floor. Using the third floor to contain the pool itself.”
“So you want to build our own building, designed to be private living quarters above a work area.” Said Tanner. More a statement than a question as he tried to imagine how it would look. Quinn was still thinking it over before he spoke again.
“And what do you want to do?” That caused me to shrug.
“The real question is, what do we want? This is a decision that we need to make and we all need to be happy about it. Not just what do I want. This is a three-way relationship. I love both of you and I won’t be happy if the two of you are not happy.” Quinn smiled and stood. Moving over to me as I pushed my chair back. He sat on my lap and wrapped his arms around my neck, burying his head against me.
“I love you too. I love TJ as well. If you think it would be a good idea for us to move there, then we can.” He said softly. I pushed up and stood with him in my arms. I motioned for Tanner to follow and moved us to the couch. Sitting in the middle and pulling Tanner into us as he wrapped his arms around us.
“So. I guess we need to go up and look around. I know it means we are leaving our friends and families, but it also has the pluses of having everything closer to us. The offices. The Dive Shop. Even our own Sandwich Shop, with our own living quarters up on top. Larger shopping malls and numerous stores. We won’t have the convenience of our own security detail. I can live without that, I think.” I said as Quinn kissed my neck.
“We should go look, but it doesn’t matter to me. As you both know. I feel it’s up to Quinn. Whether he wants to be that far away from his family.” Tanner said before he kissed both of us. And he was right. Quinn shifted and pulled Tanner tight to him for a kiss as I held them both. I heard the whispered words of love and thanks between the two of them before they both leaned against me. Quinn sighed softly.
“OK. Let’s go look. Show me your ideas, Orion.” He said softly.
At the beginning of November, we took a Monday and Tuesday to drive up. Staying overnight both nights. Looking at various properties. Specifically, the two that I decided were large enough to contain everything for the new facility and the property next to one that was also vacant. That property was behind a housing development. Tanner had arraigned to have a real estate agent show us the properties. We took pictures of them for reference to go with the property fliers. He also had them show us a few condos that were for sale, too. It was a nice touch, but they weren’t like our condo. Which was designed by my family for us. I could feel as well as see the indecision in Quinn. How he wanted to move here to make me happy, but didn’t want to leave his family. I understood that and held him close as I told him we didn’t have to leave Port Aransas.
“I know you know I don’t want to leave. I will though, because it’s best for us in the long term.” Said Quinn as we drove home. And he would put us before his own needs.
“We can make sure we have room for them to spend a night or two.” I said.
“I’m sure you will make sure we have room for them to visit. In fact. I know you will. Whether or not I asked for it.” He said as he leaned over to plant a kiss on my cheek.
“Now that that has been settled. Which property does everyone like the most?” Tanner asked. I had to chuckle as I think I already know. Since I was driving, Quinn spun in the passenger seat to turn to Tanner. Motioning him forwards so he could kiss him.
“That is going to depend on what Orion can afford and what design he has planned.” Quinn said. His tone was a little off. I know it’s because I am financing the entire new build, just like when I bought the unit below us and had it connected to our original unit. That cost me just under a million. Thankfully, it was right after one of my stocks had a nice run the past few years. It’s that same stock that’s going to finance this. Plus, more dividends are coming in from stock purchases in the early 2000s.
“We will build what we need. The cost can be spread out across several years with the use of construction loans. Just like how we financed the condo complex.”
“But. You sold most of the units and that ended up covering the cost of construction.” Said Quinn.
“True. But same principle. We just don’t have extra units to sell.” I said as I moved us into line to take the ferry across the bay to Port-A.
“Let’s order a few pizzas for pick up.” Tanner said as I looked at my watch. Half past 7. And none of us felt like cooking. I think Tanner has some ideas he wants to put down on paper. We’ll have to hire engineers to tell us what we can and can’t do on the properties. Then there would need to be the architects that we would have to tell what we wanted. Overall, a long process. Not something that will be built overnight. The condo complex was built fast because we already had the building designed before we were ready to build.
“I’m thinking you want some ideas on paper.” I said. He nodded to me in the rear-view mirror.
“Yes. Some changes I would like in the new house to make taking care of it easier.” He said with his big puppy dog eyes searching out mine in the mirror again. I snorted to myself.
“Of course, love. Whatever the two of you want.” They both smiled at me.
“So, a lap pool and a large hot tub?” Asked Quinn. I nodded.
“And a larger therapeutic tub in the main bedroom bath. A larger shower with seats.” I added.
An hour later, we were up in our condo looking at items online that they would want in our new home. Quinn had found a site that had the tub we wanted, and Tanner had the 6-burner stove with two ovens he liked. He was also pointing out large side-by-side fridge/freezer units. I had the feeling I would have a professional kitchen by the time he was done. He had also found a site that had kitchen designs and was designing his own. I kissed the top of their heads before I moved to the couch and fired up my own laptop to check my emails and my stock market account.
Quinn
My two husbands have made it clear that it’s my decision on whether we move and I love them all the more for it. I feel like a kid at Christmas as I write down all the things I want to see in our new home. Tanner is doing the same thing. Orion was easier, as he just had the requirements for our bathroom and personal playroom. Which he wanted attached to the master bedroom. Aside from that, he mentioned about having the outdoor area on top of the second floor have four foot high wall instead of a railing. As he said, we are far enough away from nearby homes and the condo complexes are almost a mile away. Nobody would be able to see us and we could walk around nude up there. He also pulled up some online photos of what he was thinking of. Tanner and I both went into a conference on that. Adding our own ideas. We figured we would want a parking garage and that could be the section the outside area is under. The ceiling would be high enough that Orion’s boat could be brought inside, too. Orion’s plan for two of the properties, which were the preferred two, would require the addition of several thousand yards of material to build up the property height to protect it from storm surge. Like Port Aransas, Galveston is also subject to the storms coming off the Gulf and flooding. We can mitigate most of that damage by building up.
Thanksgiving has come and gone. Our flight just landed in Miami, and we were transferring to the cruise pier. Tanner was excited, as was I. I’m hoping it goes better this time than the last. Orion is keeping an open mind but isn’t happy about the cost we pay compared to the service we receive. In three months, we’ll be back here boarding the next all gay cruise and we already know who has the cabins on two sides of us. Peggy and her family were on one side. With a group of their friends on the other side. Tanner’s three friends and their partners have confirmed they are going too. Orion had him set up a meeting place where we could meet up with them and try to work out dinner reservations. By the time we return, the architects should be done with the final draft of the building we want built and the compound itself. Engineers had designed the layout of the entire complex, from the fuel storage and fueling dock as well as the mooring dock placement. The newly set quay walls we added to reinforce what was already in place and the barge that brought the fill we needed has been unloaded. The University Of Texas was kind enough to lease us dock space for a few months during construction for the boats we needed up there.
Tanner
Orion is happy. Quinn and I are happy. This group cruise worked out well. We didn’t have any of the problems we had on the full ship gay cruise. Next February will determine if we do another one again. We are heading out of the dining room. Second to the last night of the cruise and are joined with our new friends as we make our way to the comedy club for tonight’s show. It was booked for our group only tonight. And there are several hundred people in the group. Rough estimate puts us at almost 800 people in the group itself as a total. We had a few mixers and parties, but mostly it was on our own. Orion hugged me tight, and Quinn was on his other side as we walked through the ship. Laughing with our group. Catching a few glances from passersby, but he didn’t care.
Later that night, we were still out in the buffet having a snack, as we discussed our building project with two of our new friends. They made suggestions that we heard from our own team, and I know Quinn was making a note to double check. We had noticed that we had a bump in traffic on the Foundation website as well as new registered users. Orion was sure they were our new friends, checking us out to see if what we were saying was the truth or not. Once back in our cabin for the night, Orion made love to both of us before we crawled into bed. There is nothing better than waking the next morning as a tangle of arms and legs with my two husbands. We even ordered breakfast in. I was enjoying this cruise, as were my husbands. We found our cruise vacation it looks like. Enough of a compromise that we can all work through it and enjoy ourselves. I smiled broadly as Orion took me across the table again. Quinn underneath, sucking my cock. I felt the love the two of them had for me as my body was held down and fucked hard.
Orion
We were heading home after our post-thanksgiving cruise. It was nice and we could all deal with it and be happy. More importantly, Tanner was happy or as happy as he’ll get in a closed environment of a cruise ship. We’ll still do the cruise next February, but I think that will be the last full ship cruise we do as well, thinking it was a waste of my money to do it again. But. More importantly. When we get back in February, the final plan for the new home will be finished. The docks and backfilling are already being completed now and should be finished in January. Hopefully by winter of next year the new building will be finished and we can move in after Christmas. Funds have been coming into the Foundation at an expeditious rate. Allowing Quinn to come bouncing to me more than once in the past few months, as he displayed his joy at the size of the donations that are coming in. We are well on our way to hitting double our donation amount from last year. The Senator representing the Galveston area has already pushed the idea of a Federal 5-mile square area being given to the Foundation once the two platforms are in our possession. The State of Texas is also behind the idea as it stands just outside the 3-mile limit. And. The university super-sized the aeration buoy design. With off-the-shelf parts, it will aerate almost 1000 gallons a minute. Creating a down current oxygen enrichment out to about a mile from the outflow. That raised my eyebrows as I read through the supporting theory from my first buoys’ compilation of 1 year's information. Extrapolated for the increase in size. I was happy when I took my two husbands to bed, snuggling together like we always do.
