The Earth and The Snake - Prologue. Prologue

E

I woke up to an abyss,

I think…for the first time. I knew why Erebus was born.

I woke up with the undying fact that I am alone,

Untethered,

Unleashed with no collar around my neck.

Loneliness is all consuming and it consumes my soul.

E

My entire world was grey,

It begin with a curious caress,

The tip of your fingers against my lips,

Oh my dear, if only you knew better,

and then I felt your lips upon it,

It was like a thousand rustling feathers,

Like a thousand starlight coursing again through my veins,

I feel like the eons before,

Were merely child`s slumber before you,

I feel so alive,

I could taste the sweetness of it,

and how oblivious you are to it.
