I think one of the most interesting accessories a person wears is a watch. It says so much about a person, both on their style (conservative vs. modern), their wealth, their taste, and their concern for punctuality.

For example, a guy wearing a Rolex is wearing it for status. Why? Because Rolex watches, on the whole, are crappy timepieces. A wealthy man who isn't into gaudy status will probably opt for a more refined Breguet, Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet, or Ulysse Nardin.

There are many variations on this theme, but I find that by looking at a person head to toe, then looking at their watch, I can figure out what makes them tick...so to speak.
