Do I need to have my Personal Information stored on the site?

Full answer

There are certain circumstances where your personal information must be in your customer account.  You can update your account under the Help -> Accounts and Purchasing -> Personal Information menu.

  • If you use PayPal for recurring subscription payments for Premium Content, then your Personal Information must match the account details on PayPal, by PayPal rules.  Stripe requires this as well.
  • If you have an Account Credits, then you must have your name and address listed as well.
