I hope I didn't offend anyone by my post, that wasn't my intention at all. I know that Gay Authors has lesbian stories too, some of them are really good. I think you might have meant me instead of Joann. At the moment, I'm mainly looking for stories about girls coming out/figuring out their sexuality. (Basically, I've been wondering if I might like girls for a while and I'd like to see if there is anything out there that I can actually relate to). I like a lot of different genres, but especially fantasy, drama, and action stories. I like longer stories too. (Hope I wasn't being too specific there).

Is there an equivalent to GA, but for (gay/bi) girls? Anything I have found has been very poorly written, totally focused on sex, and often seems to be aimed at straight men. Which isn't what I'm looking for at all. I don't suppose there is anyone here who know any sites I can try?

I'm trying to find a story that I read sometime in the last year. Unfortunately I can't remember any of the character names or the title. The story was really well written but hard to read. It seems to be stuck in my head and I would really like to read it again so I can find out how it ends. This is what I can remember of the plot: The story revolves around the after effects of rape on a young boy who has just started high school. After he is attacked he returns home, barricades himself in his room and overhears his older brothers talking about how they had hazed another freshman. This causes the main character to distrust and blame his brothers. (The main character had 3 or four older brothers, including a set of twins). If this story seems familiar please let me know.
