By now I was starting to doubt myself. There truly was not a signle reason for me to hold any grudges towards our new addition. Matthew seemed like a nice enough guy. He was open and talking to everyone, even with Eric quite a bit. I guess he noticed that Eric was a bit of an outcast in our class, and Kevin sure was impressed by this. "Why don't you go talk to him, Kevvie?" Nora looked at him with a curious look, tipping her head to the side like a confused puppy, something she did quite often.

The next couple of days went by excruitiatingly slowly. I spent a lot of time asking around, trying to figure out who could have sent the mail, to no avail. I spent the night there, completely doting upon Kevin and taking care of everything inthe way of food. I didn't mind, he would have done the same if not more for me. I did manage to make him go to school, because I knew that our class would be supportive of him when they noticed that he wasn't feeling great. They were wonderful people, almost all of them. The week passed. It was a nice week, like I had predicted. School was a breeze and I had been able to hang out plenty with Kevin. I don't really hang out with anyone else. I have other friends, but they are more like good classmates. Like Nora. I guess she's the only one besides Kevin that I can actually hang out with time to time. An airhead with no clue of anything that most people think of as important, but her random statements were always amusing, and she sure knew how to put on a show. S
