    so um... perhaps they don't survive? Has CJ, anywhere along the way, GUARANTEED that he will not kill of any or all of the four currently on the boat? While this story is currently tagged as "Thriller/Suspense, Mystery, Adventure", perhaps CJ is just waiting till the last chapter to add 'Tragedy'' I'm also wondering: Did you drive into the garage door? Sorry to hear about the recent troubles. Can we forbid you to light any matches so you don't tempt fate, I want no explosions!

    All this guessing and wondering is fun but there's one question that I keep coming back to again and again.... What's the ETA for the next chapter?!?!?!? I know I haven't been reading as long as some here and you're all used to the waiting... I'm not and I'm getting withdrawals :s

    So um... well, firstly i have to say, please consider adding the tag 'rape'. Perhaps the lockeroom incident woudn't be considered that by some, for other such as me, its rather a 'triggering' incident. Despite that and despite the full bottle of port that I've now drunk I like the story. Thanks. Any eta for updates?

    After reading this I remembered that Trevor almost was drowned after being tossed overboard by the pirates, so its fitting in a way. So I'm wondering tho, CJames, do you have a background in all things nautical, boating, weather etc... or do you have to put a hell of a lot of effort into researching and learning stuff to write this? I love how you manage to include 'tidbits' so to speak of information about one thing or another that makes it all seem 'more real' Cheers

    Awesome. I started by re-reading the last few paragraphs of 154 to refresh and get back in the moment. That was a good idea I think. Pity about Bridget dying like that, when she was in the water and sppedboats racing to get her, I kinda hoped that one would run over her. HA! I'm so glad she's dead, Again, congrats on making a character I was truly able to loath. My brain had thought about and dismissed the scenario of them getting into the eye of the storm. I didn't think it would be possible. So in reality, what would be the chances of this? Another great chapter, thanks. When does it become appropriate to start asking for the next chapter? lol. Cause right now, I'm already wanting more to read.

    Happy Happy Joy Joy!!! Its 3.46am... I was about to go to bed... now I'm torn between yawns and excitement... I've just watched the first to Alien movies... maybe I should watch the 3rd to stay up? I find it interesting that its going to be 100 chapters since Chapter 55 "Hellbound" - was that planned? after all this time they are still bound for hell?

    well, almost 3.30 am, so i guess i'll have to go to bed and stop refreshing the index to see if the next chapter is out. For a moment, I entertained the notion of saying to our beloved author, "cjames, your costing the website bandwidth with everyone having to come back searching and yearning for the next chapter", but I decided not to, cause from the little i've read (being new here), I think he would enjoy it. The geek in me would be interested in the site analytics tho, i can totally imagine that the page visits to the index page keep going up and up each day as people come back and check more often.

    I logged in... still no new cliff...er chapter, going to have to find something else to read tonight again, but I was thinking (yes, it hurt), there may be no U.S. navy in the area.. what about a rescue by some other countries naval asset, or, could the hurricane change direction away from Atlantis, or something? I just really hope that bridget gets killed - painfully and completely humiliated. I applaud CJames for making a character I really can despise.

    This kinda makes me glad that I've only just found this story, I've had a great time obsessively reading it - staying up way past my bed time and making my days sleepy and hanging out to get home and read more...

    So I kinda found this story by accident and got immediately addicted to it, over a week in all my spare time I've read my way from Chapter one through to Doomsday. Thanks very much for great story. I guess all I can do now is keep refreshing the index every 5 minutes until the next chapter arrives, its only been a couple of days and I'm getting withdrawals already
