Thank you! One of the things that I set out to do while conceptualizing this story was to make it kind of an antithesis to the typical gay story. I hope I really get to achieve that. I am glad you noticed that deliberate element.

He was standing right on the bus stop as I stepped out. He was using his phone, his head down, thumb pressing at the screen. CHAPTER ONE I fumbled for my phone during the morning when the sun was clearly invisible. I never usually get woken up by my alarm.
