People with those positions generally, in my opinion. aren't very smart. She obviously knows Stephen, probably met him when he was in his dad's office numerous times. Some people take advantage of knowing, in this case working, a long time for an individual and feel that they can make comments to somene younger than them.

Thanks. The letter was written by his mother. That is why Stephen never bothered to read the entire letter. All he saw was to call Gramps. I don't to think a child will enter at this moment. Donnie has told them they will have a child and he will be named Donald.

Yes, sometime we need to have the picture explained as Dad did with Stephen's mother. As for the older sister????

Yes, Tim didn't read the whole letter. I think he was afraid of Stephen's reaction.

Thanks, if I am lucky I'll hit a few more curve balls. It was evident with the support of Dad and Gramps, Stephen's mother would eventually accept Tim.

Gramps is very close to Stephen. Maybe Gramps saw what Stephen's mother did and wanted to see Stephen to console him.

Yes it was a major surprise for thee boys. I can imagine the feelings Stephen had when he saw all of his equipment gone. I'm sure he thought his mother destroyed it.

The drive to Stephen’s father’s office was quick, 10 minutes at the most. Stephen’s dad was in real estate. Beside buying and selling real estate he owned several apartment buildings. Walking into his office’s reception area, the woman behind the desk quickly grabbed Stephen in a hug. “Stephen, It’s good to see you. Your father said you got married.” She said that looking around as expecting to see a woman. “Hello Clair, it’s good to see you. I would like to introduce you my husband.”

Graduation didn’t have the excitement I thought it would have. I guess the upcoming marriage had overshadowed my excitement. Stephen asked if I was nervous about graduation or the wedding. “I’m more anxious to get it all over.” After the graduation ceremonies were over, the University celebrated the graduates and their families. You are such a wit. Are there exams a lawyer or what ever you English call them, required to pass an exam? Tim survived the exam but he doesn't know if he passed or not

No need to be sorry. A writer's greatest reward is when his writing touched the reader in a personal way. From your writing I can feel that I would like to be this man's friend. To be is loved is a great honor. Stephen has met Donnie in a dream, and I'm sure Tim has told him a lot more about Donnie, so he's not an unknown to Stephen.
