    Prologue

    This is a quick for me. It is only one chapter, my Halloween tweet. I needed time to review maybe next story and didn't want ton leave this time spot empty,.

    Toby Jenkins, with his two sons, Tab and Jim, lived on a 500-acre farm just south of Wichita, Kansas. When Toby’s wife Mary died, Toby hired the boy’s friend, Tony, who lived next door to assist on the farm. The farm wasn’t the typical farm. Toby raised animals for the slaughterhouses in Wichita, primarily beef and pork. A breeding stock of cows and sows were maintained to provide the animals for the market.     Yes it is sad. But there are people who get so involved in their bias's that no one can reach them. He lost a lot, but he'll never recognize it.

    Yes, Adrian and Paul have started a great life together, they have shared friends which completes the picture.

    I believe you are right. I see another funeral in the near future. Mr. Cummings and Adrian's grandfather were very good friends. Mr. Cummings kept his grandfather aware of Adrian's isolation and had suggested that Adrian would need help. I think he was the one that suggested the trust.

    Yes, he was defeated, his wife was gone and wouldn't be there for him, his children are becoming alien to him, he's not a happy man and my guess is he will continue to go downhill. If he loses any support from Gene and Emily, he will drink himself to death after losing everything.

    “Paul and I met with Mr. Cummings at the bank. We reviewed the trust fund. I took the check, placed a significant amount back in my savings account, and opened a checking account. I opened a credit card and a debit card for cash withdrawals. I also told Mr. Cummings that the interest from the trust should be placed in the savings account, and the balance of the checking account should be maintained on a monthly basis.     You can imaging, its covers his hand of his college and still had some left over. Adrian is 18, his grandfather set up that trust when he was born. So the interest on that trust accumulated for a good part of the 18 years and was reinvested. My guess there were several zeros after the first digit.
