  1. "...Into this wilde Abyss, The Womb of Nature and perhaps her Grave," -From John Milton's Paradise Lost It is just an immensely powerful phrase to me. Also, I'd like to add: "Release the penguins" Because anyone who's ever seen the Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz will understand.
  2. Vowels. Definitely vowels. They're my weakness. I just can't live without them. I find I can hardly go a single word without needing another one. <said with absolutely straight face> No, more seriously, my treasure wouldn't be a physical thing. I'd have to go with knowledge. Like Adam. Kind of inspired by this comic I read actually. Check it out at: http://friendlyhostility.com/d/20060911.html (Also really good webcomic).
  3. I totally love this story. Mary Lou's the coolest redneck psychic I've ever seen. I've never met a redneck psychic, but that's beside the point. I used to do that job at a metaphysics shop and I actually got people like Joey all the time looking for love help. I've never phoned up their principal to help them out though, so maybe I'm not as good at it as Mary Lou. She makes me laugh every time though.
  4. Basically all your work is really amazing Razor. The best though is probably Rave Boy, mainly 'cause Jon is one of the best written characters I've seen in a long time, and Joey's very cool too. Besides the main two, I love Mary Lou and her cat. I've never met a redneck psychic, but I used to work as a tarot reader and every time she appears it reminds me of the people that came to me all the time for relationship advice. Really love it. Basically, your characters are real in Rave Boy, and it makes them great. I'm finding myself really loving your portrayal of anorexia in Ana though, which I didn't think I would because of the nature of the topic, but you've really captured it beautifully. My advice: keep your focus on your characters like you have been in these two. They're really well-written. Also, this is my first post ever to gayauthors.org and it was Rave Boy that led me here. Thanks for writing great stuff. Cheers!
